Please check one below and return this form with your payment to DMG. Cottony Division Director Natural Resource Trustee Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the fast time. Future use of t]Iis or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the softwaze. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in-the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs aze called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Polar" and they do apt wor with QuickView. The Imagiag Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a prol;zam called "L-fanView", which can be downloaded from L•fanV iew.com, does work with Q72ickView. After downloading "hianView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this softwaze and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructieins• 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Pem7it Files. NOTE: A program called QlrickView Automn, which runs the QuickView ', setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to mamrally install the QuickView program. Instmc6ons for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of maldng the CD. DMG cannot urovide computer related suaoort.
