`! <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing to consider the allowance <br />of interim compensation and reimbursement of expenses as sought <br />in the applications listed in the caption above, has been <br />scheduled for Monday. the 17th day of Mav. 1993, before the <br />Honorable Judith A. Boulden, United States Bankruptcy Judge, in <br />Room 341 of the Frank E. Moss Cour~_house Building, 350 South Main <br />Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour set forth for each <br />applicant on the attached Exhibit A, or as soon thereafter as <br />counsel can be heard. Exhibit A attached hereto is a summary of <br />the compensation and reimbursement sought in such applications. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any objection to any of the <br />applications listed in the caption above and described in the <br />attached exhibit must be in writing, be filed with the Bankruptcy <br />Court, and be served upon and received by the applicant with <br />respect to whose application objection is being made, and upon <br />LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae, counsel for the Reorganized <br />Debtors, and upon Ray, Quinney & Nebeker, counsel for the <br />Reorganized Creditors' Committee, no later than Monday. Mav. 3 <br />1993 at 4:30 o.m. If a timely objection is not made to any <br />particular fee application or if an objection is not filed and <br />served as specified above, such application may be approved by <br />the Bankruptcy Court without further notice or hearing. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that certain applicants, as <br />indicated in the attached Exhibit A, shall participate by <br />3 <br />
