Outslopes have been stabilized with vegetation. <br />Borehoies - Mine dewatering or fresh water cased drill holes, less than 200 <br />square feet of disturbance each. <br />Storage and Wood Shop - Less than one (7) acre of disturbance. Surface area <br />and access is graveled, Area is located away from any receiving streams on <br />level ground. <br />Powder Magazine Site - Less than 200 square feet of disturbance. Restricted <br />access to area. Area has been stabilized with vegetation. <br />Crusher Site - Area is small, less than one (1) acre. Entire disturbance area <br />is bermed to prevent any runoff from leaving the site. <br />Storage Area South of Coal Stockpile - Area is small, less than one (1) acre. <br />Entire disturbance area is bermed to prevent runoff from leaving the site. <br />Main Substation - Area is small, less than one (1) acre. Surface area has <br />been graveled, outslopes have been stabilized with vegetation. Sediment <br />filter fence established at toe of outslope disturbance . <br />Truck Scales - Area is small, less than one (1) acre. Surface area has been <br />graveled, outslopes have been stabilized with vegetation. <br />The operation is in compliance with this section. <br />XX. Bonding - Rules 2:05.4(2)(b) and (3) <br />Bonding calculations for the Eagle Mine are provided in Volume 5, Exhibit 25: <br />The costs are based on Means Site Work Cost Data Book (1986). The Division <br />has verified these costs, and found that the bond amount of E3,058,995.46 is <br />sufficient to cover the costs of reclaiming all existing and proposed <br />disturbance at the Eagle Mines. <br />Empire Energy Corporation currently holds three corporate sureties in the <br />total mount of 53,179,725.00, payable to the State of Colorado end the United <br />States of America. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXI: Sealing of Drilled Holes and Underground Openings= Rules 2:05.4(2)(9 <br />Information regarding sealing of drilled holes is found in Section 2.05.3 <br />(pages 2.05.3-27R through 2.05.3021Rb) of the application.
