Please check one below and return this fomt with your payment to DMG, If a CD is requested aad the permit is too largo for a CD, you will be called. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and regiatratl0n arc the user's responsibility. There era many other programs that work as wall, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". ~t~irctt'ons: I. insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow tune for' the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the wmpttter. 5. You are ready to view the Pemtit Piles. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autoruo, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.atinina.state.eo.us. The Permit File documeat images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMC olllce or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost coverB the time and labor of making the CA.
