<br />Proofs of Claim Filed by United Steelworkers of America (the <br />"USWA Claims Objection"); and (2) that portion of the Verified <br />Objection of CF&I Fabricators of Utah, Inc., CF&I Fabricator:: of <br />Colorado, Inc., and CF&I Steel Corporation, Dated 12/22/92, t:o <br />240 Separate Claims Filed by or in Behalf of Current and Fornier <br />Employees Based on the Master Pension Plan (the "Individual <br />Pension Claims Objection") on which the Court specifically <br />reserved judgment in its Order respecting the Individual Pension <br />Claims Objection entered on January 28, 1993--which Order <br />continued the hearing on the Individual Pension Claims Objection <br />as to sixty claims filed either by persons represented by the <br />United Steelworkers of America ("USWA"), or by their spouses, to <br />the extent such claims were founded on the collectively bargeiined <br />pension obligations of CF&I Steel Corporation or its affiliates. <br />A list of the above-referenced sixty claims was attached as <br />Exhibit 5 to the Court's Order respecting the Individual Pen_:ion <br />Claims Objection, and is attached hereto as "Exhibit 1." On <br />March 5, 1993, the Notice of Hearing On, and Deadline for Filing <br />Responses to, Objection, Dated 3/4/93, to Proofs of Claim Fi].ed <br />by United Steelworkers of America (the "First Notice") was served <br />on the sixty claimants listed in Exhibit 1. <br />PLEASE TARE FIIRTHER NOTICE that responses, if any, of arty <br />party in interest opposing the USWA Objection or the Individual <br />Pension Claims Objection (collectively, the "Objections") ;nus:t be <br />filed with the Clerk of the Court on or before Wednesday.,:4pz•it .. <br />2 <br />
