The mine permit <br />area is located approximately 4:5 miles southwest of Hesperus, CO, south of County <br />Road 120 and is more particularly described as follows: T.35 N., R 11 W.; Section 31: <br />NEl/4SW1/4, SEl/4NW1/4, Lots 2, 3, and 5, consisting of 120 acres, more or less. <br />Mining was completed on all areas covered by this bond in 1998. <br />Reclamation activity in this area betwcen 8/30/1995 and present consisted only of filling <br />one subsidence related tension crack which crossed a 2 track dirt road on the property. <br />All other tension cracks have `healed' naturally to the satisfaction of the OSM officials <br />which have inspected the area. Also, one old exploration drill hole site was cleaned up <br />and re-seeded.
