Long Division Director Beech Hill Quarry Pit, Permit No. NM-81-107, Withdrawal of Agenda Item from December Board Hearing, for Possible Violation for Failure to Post Adequate Financial Warranty Dear Mr. Vasquez, On July 22, 1997, the Division of Minerals and Geology conducted an inspection of your operation and found the following: that at that time the additional required bond of $9,879.00 had not been submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG); and, alternatively, performance of reclamation work to bring the reclamation liability under the currently posted bond had not been completed by the formerly imposed due date of October 17, 1997. It was thus scheduled for a hearing before the December Mined Land Reclamation Board Meeting. As of today, November 21, your bond is current with that required by the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) for complete reclamation of the site. This item is accordingly withdrawn from the December Mined Land Reclamation Board Hearing Agenda.
