Ivanhoe Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80222 <br />Re: Mine Development, Inc. - "Neglected Mine" <br />Our File No, 81-165 <br />Dear Gib: <br />Our Division has received the corrected 55,000.00 bond for the above-captioned <br />operation. I have reviewed the bond and found it to be satisfactory. <br />Therefore, enclosed please find 2 signed copies of the mining and reclamation <br />permit for this operation. These should both be signed by the operator with <br />the signature notarized on page 3. The rider that contains the three stipu- <br />lations (on page 4) should also be signed by the operator on both copies. One <br />of the two copies should be retained by the operator and the other should be <br />returned to our Division within two weeks. <br />I have not included a copy of the permit application materials or our adequacy <br />correspondence, presuming that you have retained copies for yourself and the <br />operator. As you know, however, these items are an integral part of the approved <br />permit.
