RICE AND MARIAiINA <br />RICE ("Sellers") have this date deposited into escroc•rcrith <br />!~~• t' o~ /~cc ~/~_ a general ~•rarranty deed conveying to PEABODY <br />COAL CO:IPAIdY ("Buyer") the follocai.n; described real property <br />situated in Montrose County, Colorado: <br />[•I1/2 S4i1/4, Section 25, Township 47 North, Range 16 <br />[•Iest of the Plew Mexico Y.[•1. <br />TOGETIER [•IITH all easements and water and water rights <br />and ditches and ditch rights appurtenant to said land, <br />including without limitation 27 shares in the C.C.
