Your letter (date: July 23, 1996) and
accompanying map (Buildings within 100' of Permit Area) noted that
the new warehouse facilities, and repair shop would be of smaller
scale, and the existing facilities would be demolished and the
respective sites reclaimed.
These actions are considered to be a "No Impact" under the Gunnison
County Land Use Resolution, and as such you may submit for a
building permit at any time. The only condition of this approval
is that the scope of the project meet the context described in your
letter (July 23, 1996).
If you have any questions regarding this correspondence, feel free
to contact either Joanne Williams or myself.
Sincerely, _ -
~~5 l,~-
Steven Westbay
Assistant Planning Director
cc: Joanne Williams (County Planning Director)
Rich Wojdakowski (County Building Inspector)
David A.
