The Division has no control over whether a <br />batch plant remains on a permitted site. The only reason that a <br />batch plant is included in the mining and reclamation plans for <br />this pit is to make sure that, if a batch plant is put at the <br />operation, the proper environmental controls will be in place <br />during and after its operation. <br />If you have any questions or need further clarification of Division <br />policy concerning whether a batch plant must be included in a <br />permitted area, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Carl B.
