NOV C-92-010, issued to the Golden Eagle Mine on June 22, 1992; <br />2. NOV C-93-016, issued to the Golden Eagle Mine on March 30, 1993; <br />3. NOV C-93-039, issued to the New Elk Mine on April 9, 1993; <br />4. NOV C-93-058, issued to the New Elk Mine on April 16, 1993; <br />5. NOV C-93-063, issued to the New Ells Mine on April 16, 1993; <br />6. NOV C-94-034, issued to the New Elk Mine on November 22, 1994; <br />7. Minor Revision (MR) No. 15 to the Golden Eagle Mine Permit, approved on May 2, 1990. <br />This minor revision involved the proposed drilling of methane ventilation boreholes GE 90-2 <br />and GE 90-3; <br />8. Technical Revision (TR) No. 14 to the Golden Eagle Mine Permit, approved on <br />August 9, 1990. <br />9. Technical Revision (TR) No. l5 to the Golden Eagle Mine Permit, approved on <br />November 28, 1990. This is the revision addressing construction of [he western airshaft <br />(NW-1). <br />With regard to your request for copies of DMG Permit Nos. C-81-012 and C-81-013, we have <br />provided copies of the signed permit documents themselves. Please understand that each of these <br />permits, however, also includes several large three-ring binders of materials addressing mining <br />
