Holmes - 2 - October 15, 1986 <br />The schedule of activities and reclamation costs for the upper Hubbard Creek <br />Fan Site will be according to the current reclamation plan. Recently, Kaiser <br />has expressed a desire to improve the current plan and comply with the wishes <br />of the U.S. Forest Service, Paonia Ranger District. Although I agree with the <br />proposed changes, they will need to be processed as a revision. Until then, <br />the current plan will be in effect. <br />If you have any questions about the amended stipulations or bond procedures <br />please contact me. I have also included an amended technical revision <br />decision form for your approval.
