Another error on your Department Specialist's I
noticed on the report request form Jim Dupler wrote "resent July 2Q 2005" This is
a LIE! When I talked to him he stated he didn't know why it wasn't sent but he
would Fax me a copy. I had to tell him twice that at 12,200 feet elevation I didn't
have a fax available to me. We are use to people telling us the truth, not people who
lie to cover up the'v mistakes! He also stated maybe it was the address--he tried to
use that as an excuse, wellI111I I never gave him my address and we got it
so.......your department had the right address. If you remember I told you in my
last a-mail to direct all mail m our Colorado address.
I also want to inform you that Jim suffered a stroke which he has now turned into a
diabetic all due from the stress from all the problems your "Specialists" have
caused.
I am still waiting on your answer to the questions I wrote you about! We still
wonder after over ] 5 years, your department specialists never sent an annual fee
invoice and report request, but they tried to get from our bank to hand over
$5,000.00 letter of credit money and a $3,000.00 fine. Again I ask you WHY?
As 1 told you earlier Erica Crosby and Carl Mount never inspected atry part of the
Emma Lode Site. They got out of their car and never got 3 feet from it. Still it was
important enough for your department to go after all that money. WHY?
