Stockebrand: We received your letter requesting a continuance for the corrective action required for the Notices of Violation issued on the above referenced permits. Howevi:~r, the January Board meeting was very short and the Division did not receive the letter until after the Board had adjourned. This matter will be scheduled for the February Board Fleeting. I would like to point out that the January Board meeting for amendment approval was a date that was agreed to be a workablt~ date by yourself. Your letter indicates that you waited until January 17, 1988 to call again to request information from the county that you knew you needed in August 1987. I question whether this can be considered as having made "significant headway" In addition, if the Reclamaiton only package is going to take thirty (30) days for submittal and still will not contain the information which you indicate is causing the hold-up, then one can only draw the conclusion that little progress has been made on the applicatTOn package. The Division will recommend that the Board Order stand as is at the February meeting. The Board may chose to consider additional action.
