Sherman
Executive Director
Ronald W. Cottony
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
As you requested in our telephone conversation on June 6, 2007, please find four findings documents for the
Marr Mine. These findings documents reflect decision documents for bond release applications 5L1, SL2
and SL3. It appears that the facilities area at the Marr Mine, was specifically exempted from the Phase I
request. I hope this aids you in determining what information needs to be included in future bond release
applications.
~~. ~_-
Protection Specialist II
Attachments: Findings
C:\jhb\C80006\findings copies.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand Junction Durango Active and Inactive Mines
