As <br />you Know, the current landowner and permiee is Michael Gulley of Mesilla Park, New <br />Mexico. In order to complete a transfer of limited impact permit M-91.097 the following <br />should be submitted to our office: <br />A completed succession of operators application. <br />2. A completed performance warranty bV the successor operator- <br />3. A completed financial warranty form in the amount of S7,500 by the successor <br />operator. <br />I have included application forms for your use. The successor operator will be responsible <br />for complying with all terms of the existing mining and/or reclamation plan. If any changes <br />are planned, the successor operator will need to process those following the transfer. <br />1 hope this addresses all your concerns.
