These results will be forwarded to
DMG in the near future, per the amendment review of Permit No. M-1978-116, dated
Novembers, 2004. Furthermore, ore production began inmid-March, and a sample of
ore that is now being placed in the surface stockpile was collected April 13, 2005 and
submitted for SPLP analyses last week. Those results will also be forwarded when we
receive them.
Also, be advised that Cotter is working on resolving the permit overlap conflict between
the SM-18, Permit No. M-1978-116 and Wright Group Permit No. M-1979-118. I have
discussed the approach to be taken with Russ Means.
Re ect 11~
Dick White, Project Geologist
Cotter Corporation
Cotter Corporation -West Slope Operations Telephone (970) 864-7347
P.O.
