The scheme proposed for the handling of non-to:;ic mine <br />drainage entails a controlled discharge of mina water through 4 inch 1'VC <br />pipes. The scheme proposed for the handling of toxic mine drainage entails <br />the placement of three perminent water tight seals, one at the mine openings, <br />one in the mine entry caays under the Dry Rorl: of rtinnesota Creek, and another <br />in the mine entry ways under the South Prong Drainage Basin.
