The latter part
of the report included a summary of correctional measures and methods to be used on features
determined to be in need of mitigation. The report states that repairing the northern portion
of Moffat Area Block 1 is the only immediate corrective measure planned. The report did not
include a description, or projected completion date of those measures, which P&M has
committed to provide (see Pape 4.3-21 of the Edna Mine permit application). Please submit an
addendum to the report that Includes a description of the methods proposed for repair of the
features identified in the report, and a projected date of completion of those repairs.
Should you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Susan L Burg aier
Environtnental Protection Specialist
SLB\05169aI3.WP
