Stover:
The Division received Hamilton Coal Mine's 1998 Annual Reclamation Report on February 12, 1999. The
only reclamation accomplished for the 1998 year was to reseed 80 acres of land the vegetation failed to
achieve any successful growth on. The only components of the reseeding efforts were the Division approved
reseed mix of needle and thread, ricegrass, and blue gramma. The report meets the requirements of the Rule
2.04.13.
Sincerely,
~~~
Harry B. Ranney
Environmental Protection Specialist
