This made us aware that each of our Department of
Energy leases under permit have the same status. To prevent
future questions as to term, please find enclosed copies of two
amendments to each lease permitted; the first extends a lease for
the second 10-year period, the second adds language to extend for
unlimited l0-year periods. Permitted leases, other than JD-8
(which you received on March 26), are:
JD-6 (File No ~~rt-77-310) SR-13A (File No. M-77-311)
JD-7 (File No. SM-18 (File No. M-78-116)
JD-7 Pit (File No. - -0 4HR) LP-21 (File No. M-77-305)
JD-9 (File No. M-77-306) LP-22A (File No. M-78-214)
Ike #1 (File No. M-77-451) CM-25 (File No. M-77-307)
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~~~~~~~
Donald L.
