Wadlington lames5 Lochhead <br />Rt. 3, BOX 611 ExecW rve Director <br />Marshall, Texas 75670 Michael 8. long <br /> Division Drteaor <br />RE: Transfer of Wells, Basin Resources, Inc., #C-81-011 <br />Dear Mr. Wadlington: <br />The Division has recieved your letter dated July 25, 1995 with <br />regard to the test hole on your property near Weston, Colorado. <br />The Division only has the authority to transfer an exploratory well <br />or monitoring well for use as a water well as per Rule 4.05.14. <br />Assuming there is or will soon be a completed water well on your <br />property, you first must obtain a well permit from the State <br />Engineer in accordance with C.R.S. 37-90-138, 37-90-137, or 37-92- <br />602. <br />Therefore, until such time as a well is established and a permit is <br />obtained, Basin Resources will be required to proceed with their <br />exploration as per the approved plan. <br />If you have questions, please call me. <br />Sincerely~O <br />r <br />Ker~Gorham <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />cc: Dan Hernandez, DMG <br />
