Land Reclamation Subjects <br />1. In regard to removal of foreign gravel, red rock, etc., these concerns would be addressed <br />in the final reclamation plan for the southern portion of the site. <br />2. You stated that "the airfield must be restored to its former condition this summer:' As <br />stated above, we are not aware of any disturbance to the "airfield" for which Sun Coal <br />Company is responsible. <br />3. You stated that the "area north of the tube is to be excavated down to about 3' above the <br />original terrain:' This concern would be addressed in the final reclamation plan for the <br />southern portion of the site. <br />Comments 4, 5, and all parts of comment 6 refer to issues with the haul road system.
