BOX 766
GREELEY, COLORADO 80632

NOV 2 ~'• i98~
MtNEG LAND
RECLAtN,~TION DIVISIChI
This letter is in response to your November 4, 1986 Inspection
Report in which you noted some concerns.
On November 6, prior to the rain and snow storm of November 7
and 8, the backslope and berm on the west, north, and south
sides were seeded. When you inspected the pit, I did not think
Seeding would be done until next spring.
A pit has been made with 1z foot banks on all sides and lined
with 6 mil. gauge plastic to hold the salt, sand, and cinder
mixture for winter road maintenance. Any moisture that comes
on the pile cannot get away and seep into the ground.
On November 5, the crack in the berm was filled in and repacked.
This was completed prior to the seeding of the grass.
We hope this answers your concerns. Should you have any questions
or require further information, please let me know.
nS1i/ncerel~y,
Kenneth 5.
