Christine, I
Wednesday evening, that was the day that
the repairs would be done. These are
found.
P.B2
III IIIIIIIIIIIII III
sss
Avery of the West Elk
Mine had contracted to
went to the cabin on
Mr. Avery had indicated
the problems which were
1. The bathroom doors were taken off the openings and cut
smaller in order to make them open and close. The doors then
were rehung, and the doors were not painted. Christine this did
not correct the structure problem with the cabin.
2. The two outside doors were taken off the openings and
cut smaller in order to make them open and close. The doors then
were rehung, and the doors were not painted. The outside doors
need to be sealed. Christine, cutting the doors smaller does nat
correct the structure problem with the cabin.
3. The concrete footer was filled in with a concrete mix,
but the footer was not put back in place, or jacked, this has to /
De done in order to correct the structure problem.
4. The floor in the cabin is colored, and the patching
material that was used 1s not the same color.
5. The other concerns is that the heat for this building is
hot water heat in the floor. At this time we do not know if
these lines are broke or not. We do wish to monitor this until
we are satisfied that the lines are not broke. If at any time
within the year these pipes leak, West Elk will need to repair
them, in complatc order. This maY mean that West Elk may have to
replace the entire floor, heating system, sewer, and water lines.
All these lines are in the floor. Christine, we have not been
able to use these facilities all Summer, if the pipes are broken
then the income damages become extreme. The hunting season
