Christine, I <br />Wednesday evening, that was the day that <br />the repairs would be done. These are <br />found. <br />P.B2 <br />III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />sss <br />Avery of the West Elk <br />Mine had contracted to <br />went to the cabin on <br />Mr. Avery had indicated <br />the problems which were <br />1. The bathroom doors were taken off the openings and cut <br />smaller in order to make them open and close. The doors then <br />were rehung, and the doors were not painted. Christine this did <br />not correct the structure problem with the cabin. <br />2. The two outside doors were taken off the openings and <br />cut smaller in order to make them open and close. The doors then <br />were rehung, and the doors were not painted. The outside doors <br />need to be sealed. Christine, cutting the doors smaller does nat <br />correct the structure problem with the cabin. <br />3. The concrete footer was filled in with a concrete mix, <br />but the footer was not put back in place, or jacked, this has to / <br />De done in order to correct the structure problem. <br />4. The floor in the cabin is colored, and the patching <br />material that was used 1s not the same color. <br />5. The other concerns is that the heat for this building is <br />hot water heat in the floor. At this time we do not know if <br />these lines are broke or not. We do wish to monitor this until <br />we are satisfied that the lines are not broke. If at any time <br />within the year these pipes leak, West Elk will need to repair <br />them, in complatc order. This maY mean that West Elk may have to <br />replace the entire floor, heating system, sewer, and water lines. <br />All these lines are in the floor. Christine, we have not been <br />able to use these facilities all Summer, if the pipes are broken <br />then the income damages become extreme. The hunting season <br />
