A program called t2tiickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase m7 ct be in the D: drive.. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files oa your computer that <br />will handle single sad multi=page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picttue <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint' and they do not work with, QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes withpro-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DMG has determined that a program called'7rfanView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with <br />l'27iickView. After downloading "IifaaView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG.does sot support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Inatrucetona• <br />1. Insect the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Pernut Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autumn, which runs the QuickView <br />setup' program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView ate available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.atate.co.us. <br />The Permit File document images can be viewed In the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased oa a CD or <br />DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
