A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DBMS imaging CD the fast rim. Future use of this or other imaging CD's dace not require a new installation of the sofiwam. 2. The CD or DVD that you purehaee p~ be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extenaioa There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handh: single and multi-page docmrcnb. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Pictlae and Fax Viewed' or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work DBMS has determined that a program called "LfanView", which can be dosunloaded from hfanView.cota, does work with lZuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be con5gured as your default .tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. NOTE: A program called t2trickView Autorun, which rune the l2uickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autonm program does NOT work, you will need to mawally iffitall the QuickView program.
