Climatological Information and Air Resources - Rules 2.04.8, <br />ana <br />Information concerning climate in the area of the proposed operation can be <br />found in Chapter H of Volume IV of the application. Air resources protection <br />information can be found in Chapter H of Volume IV. <br />This information has been reviewed by the Division. No problems were <br />identified during the Division's review. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />V. Geology - Rules 2.04.5 and 2.04.6(1) <br />The geologic information in the permit application can be found in Section F <br />of the permit application. <br />The information contained in Section F adequately describes the geology of the <br />permit, adjacent, and general areas of the mine. <br />The propose6 operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />VI. Hydrologic Balance: Surface Water - Rules 2.04.5, 2.04.7, <br />an <br />Information on surface water can be found in the permit application, in <br />Section G, Volume V, <br />A detailed discussion of the surface water environment can be found under <br />Section X of the original findings document entitled, Probable Hydrologic <br />Consequences of Mining and Cumulative Hvdroloaic ImDdC to y. a sur ace <br />ze tie original findings. <br />There were four stipulations, (1, 2, 3, 4) attached to the original findings <br />and permit. All four have been satisfied and are no longer necessary. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />VII. Hydrologic Balance - Ground Water - Rules 2.04.1 and 4.05 <br />Ground water information in the permit application is located in Volume VII, <br />Chapter P; Appendices B, C, D, E, F, G, H; Alluvial Palley Floor Study for the <br />Meeker Area Mines prepared December 10, 1981; exhibit G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, G-5, <br />G-6, G-8, G-5, G-10, G-11 in Volume V, Exhibit P-1; Exhibits 9-18, 9-14, 9-15, <br />and in Volume 11, Figure A and B Volume 11, Tables 11-4 to 11-10, and <br />Appendix A. A description of the ground water in the permit and adjacent <br />areas may be found in the Description of the Environment of the original <br />findings document. A description of ground water in the general area of the <br />mine and mining impacts may be found in Section X. of the original findings <br />document: Probable Hydrologic Consequences of Mining and Cumulative <br />Hvdrolooic moac uov, escrto ton o e v ro oatc nvtronmen . <br />There were three stipulations (5, 6, 7) attached to the origins] permit. <br />Stipulation Nos. 5 and 6 have been satisfied and are no longer required. <br />Stipulation No. 7 is still in effect and is repeated here. <br />-7- <br />
