The final document was received June 4, 1986. This study was <br />reviewed by Jim Pendleton whose comments are enclosed. The study recommends a <br />revised barrier-piller design and that monitoring of subsidence monuments and <br />visual inspections of the study area continue. The study satisfies the <br />requirements of the stipulation and the Division grants approval if Bear Coal <br />Company will implement the recommendations of the study.
