I!:. i; I. 0. hullif vi ..,,o L•~ r,"2i <br />Please be advised that according to my research relative to <br />a mining permit for Ready Mix Concrete Company, AKA Adams <br />Aggregate, Inc., that Company does not have "Local Government <br />Approval" (i.e., proper zoning) for Parcel 6 as mentioned in the <br />"Application for Mining and Reclamation Permit - Adams Aggregate, <br />Inc.r Adams County, Colorado, September 1977" on file in the <br />office of the Mined Land Reclamation Board (NLRB). According to <br />that application, only Parcels 1-A, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are included; <br />therefore, Parcel 6 is excluded. <br />Further details regarding this case are contained in the <br />attached letter.
