The effective date of the permit <br />is 1/8/2003. The quantity of material authorized for removal is 25,000 tons and the <br />permit will expire on January 8, 2008. Once you start removing material, you must pay <br />each subsequent installment payment monthly in an amount equal to the value of <br />materials removed in the previous month as required by Section 3 (b) of the permit <br />contract. <br />The permit previously issued, COC-64103, for the High Mesa Pit expired on 9/8/2002. <br />Therefore the permit, COC-64103, is terminated concurrent with the issuance of this <br />Permit, COC-66491.
