Annual records of the actual <br />consumption rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made <br />available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Consumption of rock shall not exceed 100 tons/hour <br />or 80 X 103 tons/year. <br />Consumption of No. 2 diesel oil shall not exceed <br />14 X 103 gallonsjhour. <br />5. Each time this equipment is moved to a new location within the State of <br />Colorado for a period of thirty (30) days or longer, the applicant <br />shall file a Revised Air Pollution Emission Notice at least thirty (30) <br />days prior to relocation. <br />All process equipment shalt be maintained and operated so that there is <br />no leakage of air contaminants to the atmosphere prior to their <br />treatment in the pollution control system.
