Obtaining a permit should be relatively simple given yo r <br />description of the operation. It could be done as an amendment to he 9.9 <br />acre permit. Additionally, given the previous disturbance in this rea, it <br />would be extremely difficult to monitor disturbance of these rubble piles and <br />the amount of material removed. For this reason, I would advise yo to obtain <br />a permit to remove these rubble piles.
