Minor changes, to <br />ttie~existing permit include moving'Ehe~site entrance northward, an increase in haulage <br />from ± 10,000 tons per year to potentially ± 25,000 tons/yeai, depending on need; the <br />- direction of mining to proceed basically-southeast to northwest"rather than east to west; <br />and an extension of estimation of mining completion from 2013 to 2025. Other changes <br />to the existing use, including but not limited to days and hours of operation, aze not <br />contemplated. <br />- Property Leal Description: A portion of the SW '/ SE'/< Section 32, Township 14 <br />South Range 69 West of the 6`" Principal Meridian, Teller County, Colorado, being <br />located on the east side of Teller County Road 61 and commencing approximately 1,740 <br />feet north of the intersection of Teller County Road 61 and State Highway 67 (Midland <br />Gravel Pit). See location map over. <br />- Current Zoning: A-1 <br />- WRITTEN COMMENT DUE: February 24, 2006 <br /> <br />You, as an adjacent property owner, or your agency aze being notified of this request so that you <br />may have the opportunity to provide comment [o the Planning Commission prior to its <br />recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. Although written comment may be <br />submitted at anytime, written comment retutned [o the Planning Department. before the "written <br />comment due" date above will be included with the Staff Report.' All interested,persons may also <br />appeaz at the public hearing to provide comment to the Planning Commission in person. The <br />hearing will be held in the Woodland Pazk City Council Chambers at 220 W. South Avenue, <br />Woodland Park, Co. The hearing begins at 7:00 PM. <br />
