BOX 1 g7 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />Re: Mid-Term Review, The Trapper Mine, Trapper Mining Inc <br />DMG Permit No. C-81-010 <br />Deaz Mr. Luke: <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed aMid-Term Review of <br />Division Pernlit No. C-81-010 and materials associated therewith for the Trapper Mine in <br />compliance with Section 34-33-115 of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act and <br />Section 2.08.3 of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd for Coal <br />Mining. A copy of this Mid-Term Review document is enclosed, as is a copy of the Division's <br />updated reclamation cost estimate for the Trapper Mine. <br />A few items in the Permit Application Package appeaz to require explanation, modification, or <br />correction. The Division's update of our reclamation cost estimate additionally suggests an <br />increase in the reclamation bond posted for the Trapper Mine may be warranted.
