s III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />i <br />Permit Np <br />County: <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGc' UNDER THE <br />NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br />Renewal <br />CO-0028533 <br />Boulder <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollutior. Control <br />Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"), and the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Act (25-8-101 et. seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) <br />Western Paving Construction Company <br />is authorized to discharge from gravel pit operations, <br />located approximately 3 miles east-southeast on Colorado Highway 66 from Lyons, <br />Colorado, <br />to St. Vraln Creek, and/or the Clough and True Ditch, <br />in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and ether <br />conditions set forth in Parts I, II, and III hereof. <br />This permit shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of <br />receipt of this permit by the Applicant. Should the Applicant choose to <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other <br />conditions contained herein, he must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS 1973 and <br />the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System.
