<br />G) SUBMIT ALL SURFACE AND GROUND WATER MUNITDRING DATA QUARTERLY.
<br />H) MONITORING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REDUCED BY THE,DIVISION UPON THE
<br />SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL DATA AND A FORMAL REDUCTION REQUEST.
<br />Inflow monitoring and mine discharge monitoring are essential in defining the
<br />impacts of underground coal mining on both surface and ground waters. The
<br />following changes in the monitoring plan are necessary in order to comply with
<br />Rules 2.05.6(3)(b)(iii) and 4.05.13(1). ,

<br />THE PERMITTEE SHALL CONDUCT MINE INFLOW STUDIES FOR ALL ACTIVE OR
<br />UNSEALED UNDERGROUND COAL MINE WORKINGS. ANNUAL INFLOW STUDIES SHALL BE
<br />CONDUCTED FOR EACH ACTIVE OR UNSEALED AREA OF WORKINGS IN THE MONTH OF
<br />JUNE, AND THE RESULTS OF EACH INFLOW STUDY SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
<br />DIVISION BY THE FIRST OF AUGUST OF THE SAME YEAR. THE MINE INFLOW
<br />STUDIES SHALL INCLUDE:
