The <br />following changes in the monitoring plan are necessary in order to comply with <br />Rules 2.05.6(3)(b)(iii) and 4.05.13(1). , <br />Stipulation No. 13 <br />THE PERMITTEE SHALL CONDUCT MINE INFLOW STUDIES FOR ALL ACTIVE OR <br />UNSEALED UNDERGROUND COAL MINE WORKINGS. ANNUAL INFLOW STUDIES SHALL BE <br />CONDUCTED FOR EACH ACTIVE OR UNSEALED AREA OF WORKINGS IN THE MONTH OF <br />JUNE, AND THE RESULTS OF EACH INFLOW STUDY SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE <br />DIVISION BY THE FIRST OF AUGUST OF THE SAME YEAR.
