They relate to County Road 107 which the petTttittee planned to use as a haul <br />road (see the attached copy of the stipulations). <br />Although the two stipulations are still active, the proposed use of the county road <br />as a haul road never occurred; therefore, the two stipulations are no longer <br />necessary. In the unlikely event the permittee eventually decides to use the <br />county road as a haul road, then the permittee would need to apply for a new <br />technical revision.
