SECTION IV - MIDTERM ADEQUACY QUESTIONS <br /> General <br /> 1. Something appears to have been deleted from permit text on page 27a of the permit <br /> application package. In Tab 13, on page 27a points a,b, and c are noted. Page 28 begins <br /> with points f and g. What are points c,d, and e and is there text missing? <br /> 2. In Tab 13, page 28 under Access Road, Seneca states that there is approximately 0.1 <br /> miles of existing access roads at the east end of the TAHR(Exhibit 13-11). This access <br /> road is not clearly identified on Exhibit 13-11 and the Division could not find the location <br /> of this access road. Please clearly identify this access road on Exhibit 13-11 and obtain <br /> the necessary certification for this road in accordance with Rule 4.03.2(1)(f)(I). <br /> 3. Table 13-6-1 and Attachment 13-6 contain designs for a number of ditches and culverts. <br /> The following ditches and culverts could not be located on Exhibit 13-2 (Surface <br /> Hydrology Map): HRD-Al2, HRD-A13, HRD-A14,HRD-B2, HRD-FIR, HRD-G1R, G- <br /> 6, G-7, and G-8. If these ditches and culverts exist, please identify their location on <br /> Exhibit 13-2. <br /> 4. Please include HRD-ME5 on Table 13-6-1 (page 13-6-7 of Attachment 13-6). <br /> 5. Tab 13, Attachment 13-7 contains designs for a number of culverts that cannot be located <br /> on Exhibit 13-2. These include: B-7, H-2,H-3, H-4, H-5, H-6, H-7,T-5, and T-6. If <br /> these culverts exist, please include them on Exhibit 13-2 of the permit document. <br /> 6. Several stock tanks are shown on Exhibit 13-2 (Surface Hydrology Map), but none have <br /> been installed on the reclaimed areas in the A, B, and C pits.
