Seneca submitted an application for Permit Renewal No. 2 on June 30, 1995. On February 23, 1996, the Division issued a Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance for Permit Renewal No. 2. The Permit Renewal No. 2 was approved January 1, 1996 for another five-year-term.
