Technical Revision 24 was received on May 17, 1993. The revision included plans for a revised <br />drainage system on the Goat Trail Access Road, in response to Notice of Violation No. C-93-024. <br />The revision was approved on November 3, 1994. <br />Technical Revision 25 was received on May 20, 1993. The revision provided a drainage plan and <br />proposed sediment pond for the upper facilities area, in response to Notice of Violation No. <br />C-93-025. The revision was approved on November 8, 1993. <br />Technical Revision 26 was received on August 2, 1993. The revision changed the grade of Skyline <br />Road, as a result of using a portion of the road base material to reclaim the Routt County <br />operated land fill adjacent to the road. The revision was approved on August 23, 1993. <br />Technical Revision 27 was received on September 7, 1993. The revision provided documentation <br />of the existing drainage and sediment control plan for the conveyor belt system. The revision was <br />approved on December 13, 1993. <br />Technical Revision 28 was received on September 13, 1993. The revision provided designs for <br />proposed culverts and ditches in the Moffat pit area and haul roads, and for one culvert in West <br />Ridge. The revision was approved on December 13, 1993. <br />Permit Revision 03 was received on November 13, 1992. The revision allowed for retention of <br />the Center Ridge and West Ridge ponds as permanent structures, and declassified from the status <br />of an alluvial valley floor the portion of Oak Creek in the vicinity of the tipple facilities. The <br />Division issued a proposed decision, on May 16, 1994, to approve the revision with conditioru. <br />The following revision are currently under review: <br />Technical Revision 20 was received on December 2, 1992. The revision updates the statement <br />of Probable Hydrologic Consequences, and modifies the hydrologic monitoring program. P&M <br />has waived the decision deadline on this revision, pending resolution of technical deficiencies in <br />the application. <br />Technical Revision 29 was received on April 22, 1994. The revision requests that the final two <br />check dams of the West Ridge hydrologic reconstruction project be omitted.
