8. The last paragraph of page 2.5-101 states that 'The groundwater quality from the <br />undisturbed area is estimated...to be 570 mg/I. Please revise the page to indicate what <br />parameter this value estimates. <br />9. Please revise section 3.1.2, Present and Future Mining, so that the current status of <br />operations is described. <br />10. Please revise Section 3.3.2.2 to reflect the current sequence of operations in the West <br />Ridge pit area. <br />11. Please revise page 3.4-1 to include a maximum number of spoil ridges that may accumulate <br />behind the active pit, when the winter grading variance is in effect. <br />12. Please revise page 3.4-5, to exclude plans for new West Ridge haul road construction. <br />13. Please revise Section 3.5.2 to include a description of all light use and access roads within <br />the permit area, as required by Rule 2.05.3(3)(b)(i)(A). <br />14. The copies of the Edna Mine permit application on file at the Division contain incomplete <br />sections of Section 3.5.6. Some pages are duplicated, and it appears that many pages are <br />missing. Please provide a copy of the currently approved pages of Section 3.5.6 in its <br />entirety. <br />15. Appendix 3.5-A contains sizing calculations for culverts MC-1 through MC-27. Are we <br />correct in assuming that these culvert calculations were for the original Moffat mining plan, <br />are no longer valid, and should be removed from the permit? <br />16. Please revise Section 3.6.2, to include the Moffat Pond and the Facilities Pond. <br />17. Please revise Section 3.6.2.1 to include the current status of the North Haul Road. The <br />currently approved section still states that the road is an access road. <br />18. Please revise Section 3.6.5 so that the text accurately describes the current disturbance <br />associated with the Trout Creek water withdrawal pump. <br />19. Please update Appendix 3.7-F, -G, and -H, ownership, control, and compliance <br />information. <br />20. Please update Section 3.7.5.2 if necessary, or verify that the information in that section <br />remains current. <br />21. Please update Section 3.7.7, Other Licenses and Permits.
