Upon termination of mining, Salt Creek Mining Company proposes to return the i.oma loadout facility to the Iand use which existed prior to the coal Zoadout operation (storage and rail Zoading facility). This is specified in Article 21 of t7e Zease agreement between the applicant and the DGRC,/ Railroad Company (see Exhibit C-VIII, Appendix C, Volums 1'V of the application). All structures wi1Z be removed. Coal will be removed from the site and deposited at the AfcClane or Munger Canyon site to be covered during reclama t on. The surface :+i11 be graded to a smooth condition. with the acceptance of the above stipulation, the operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XVISI. Coal Processing waste and Non-Coal Processing [/aste - Rules 2.OS.3(8), 2.05.4(2)(f), 4.10 and 4.11 Salt Creek Mining Company has not proposed the installation of any coal processing facilities at the mine. ,vo coal processing waste or non-coal processing waste will be produced by the operation. The requirements of this section do not apply. XIX. Mine Facilities, Coal Hardline Facilities, Su_p_port Faci ii ties - Rules 2.OS.3(3), 2.OS.3(7) and 4.04 Pertinent information regarding facilities at the .nine site are given in Sections 2.2 and 2.3.4 of Volume I of the application. The facilities planned for the mi,he are the mine office, vehicle storage facilities, primary mine fan, bulk rock dust storage facility, power generation equipment, conveyor gantry, portable staging/crushing unit, sedirt~nt ponds, toads and the proposed development waste storage pile. The toads, sediment ponds and development waste storage pile are discussed in other sections of this document (Sections XX, V and XVII, respectively). ^.7e applicant proposes cut slopes and embankment slopes similar to those ad1'oining the :haul road for the ?octal bench area of the :finger Canyon ,Nine. The portal bench area also cons t tutes a "steep slope mining area." A11 proposed fi'1 slcpes are to be graded at 2:1 (horizontal to vertical) and are, therefore, acre?table. Cut slopes ?roposed within the ?octal bench area are i_ meted to i.~:I (horizontal to vertical) in lower bedrock .materials.
