It is my understanding
that the Phase I bond release request was submitted
to your office and as of this date the Phase I release has not
been granted. It is further my understanding that the success of
the seeding of the area can not be determined by the State for at
least two years. With this in mind, it is my opinion that
Landmark Reclamation, Inc. is indeed still responsible for the
reclamation work at the mine site.
I have enclosed a copy of the agreement between Rimrock and
Landmark for your reference. I would be pleased to discuss the
situation in more detail if necessary. You may address all
communications to my address as indicated in the letterhead.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Lucy Gloria Davis
Owner
