I represent the new property owners, Todd Muckler and Debra Eberl,
who are in the process of developing a small subdivision immediately north of the active
mining operation. The reclaimed area of the mining operation will become open space.
The mining permit was obtained by previous owners. The current owners are interested in
receiving a current status of the mining activity by the Division of Minerals and Geology.
Specifically that the permit activity and the reclamation plans were consistent with the
perniits on file.
I would be happy to answer any questions you may have of me so I might be able to
receive a favorable reply from you. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Sin~cetely,
./!i
Thomas E. onn, AICP
Cc: Todd Muckier and Debra Eberl
1~=;,;;may
-Bridging the Development Process-
