These revisions and correctons were
made based on information provided by Colowyo, including the two 100
millisecond delays before the A row, and the change in powder density for
specific holes. Please review the reconstruction, and provide me with any
corrections. In summary, the reconsttuction indicates that there may have
been ninety-six 8-millisecond delays where more than the permitted
(scale-distance factor determination) amount of explosives were detonated. A
maximum of 7055 pounds within 8-milliseconds were apparently detonated near
794 (holes C-51, G-13, and D-42) and 838 (holes C-47, G-9, and D-38)
milliseconds into the blast.
«blast analysis time brackets revised and corrected.xls» «blast
analysis corrected & revised.xls»
