The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has reviewed your request for a
Phase I hackfilling and grading bond release for the Hayden Culch Mine. A'
copy of the Division's proposed decision is attached. The decision will
become fina] at the end of the 30-day public comment period, commencing with
the first publication of the notice, unless a request for an adjudicatory
hearing is received. I will notify you of the final decision at the end of
the public comment period or if a request fora hearing is received.
