This report demonstrates that this material should
support a healthy stand of vegetation with only modest fertilization
requirements.
Kaiser would like to expedite this project before snows preclude the activity.
We plan to begin topsoil placement during the first week of December. Once
the topsoil is in place, we will immediately seed and mulch and complete the
project by placing a silt fence along the toe of the slope to contain any soil that
may erode.
If you have any concerns or recommendations on this project, please let me
know upon receipt of this letter. We appreciate your input.
Sincerely yours,
Michael T. Keegan
Colorado Mines
Enclosure: as stated
