We discussed this subject with your staff yesterday. [t is our plan to <br />discuss the manner in which CC&V operates the LVSCS and its associated components. CC&V <br />will incorporate the pertinent elements of the permit application and subsequent correspondence <br />in its discussion. I anticipate, given the need to be comprehensive in CC&V's response, that <br />CC&V will provide information during the week of April 14th. <br />I will call you next week to ensure that we are reviewing the appropriate information.
